Hur byter jag/returnerar en produkt eller vara?

Om du vill byta eller returnera en produkt/vara ska du skriva ut och fylla i vårt returformulär och skicka det med produkten/varan samt en kopia av orderkvittot om du forfarande hade det tillgängligt.

I returformulären kryssar du i om du vill ha pengarna tillbaka, har du betalt via manuell banköverföring måste du skriva med din BIC-kod och IBAN-kod till det konto du vill ha återbetalningen, eller om du vill byta mot en annan vara/produkt.

I returformuläret ska du också beskriva varför du returnerar produkten/varan och eventuellt vilken produkt/vara du önskar byta till. Kom ihåg att du endast kan byta till varor/produkter som har samma eller mindre värde som den produkt du skickat tillbaka.
